Support roles include care assistants, clinic reception, and ward support. Nursing and other regulated professions are separate, and the right to practise is not something this site can confirm. If an ad says registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or a named clinical qualification, only people who hold that registration should claim it.

• Follow the care or clinic instruction you were given, and record what you actually did.
• Protect private health information in conversation, on paper, and on a screen.
• Report a change in a person's condition to the clinician named in the procedure, rather than deciding a diagnosis.
• Speak clearly with patients and families without promising an outcome.
