The role ensures that each new hire experiences a well-coordinated, dignified and fully prepared entry into the organization, while driving a structured, compliant and continuously improving training function across the hospital. Operating within a JCI-accredited tertiary care environment, the role carries strong accountability for regulatory alignment, standardization, competency assurance and a positive early-employee experience that reinforces the organization’s culture of quality, safety and service excellence. 2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
