Carpenter

Must be able to perform repairs and installations on doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as needed. Key duties include building frameworks, installing walls, floors, and roofs, and fitting elements like doors, windows, and cabinets. Carpenters use a variety of hand and power tools to complete projects in residential and commercial settings. Applicants must have at least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and access to their own reliable transportation to travel between job sites. A current police clearance certificate is required. The salary range is CI$11.00 to CI$14.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Statutory pension, health insurance, and holiday leave will be provided in accordance with Cayman Islands law. Suitably qualified Caymanians and Permanent Residency holders are encouraged to apply.
