CLEAN CAYMAN LTD t/a CLEANING AND RESTORATION SERVICES is looking for: 🧹 Janitors / Cleaners – Residential & Commercial Areas Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional cleaning or janitorial experience Experience cleaning residential properties, offices, commercial buildings, or similar facilities preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and eco-friendly cleaning products Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor machines, and pressure washers Basic familiarity with digital task boards, mobile apps, or cleaning schedules Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain residential and commercial areas to a high professional standard Perform general, deep, and routine cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchens, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces Use environmentally friendly cleaning methods and products where applicable Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools Follow proper waste disposal, recycling, and sanitation procedures Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor Follow daily cleaning schedules, assigned tasks, and workplace safety procedures Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of assigned areas Provide professional, respectful, and reliable service to clients and customers
