Cook

The position requires culinary expertise, hospitality and guest service knowledge, extensive knowledge of Caribbean and English cuisine, food preparation, proper cleaning, food handling and safety practices, and Back-of-House operations. The candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of current kitchen experience, knife skills and contribute to menu planning, food costing and food safety. Additional kitchen duties may be required as needed by the business.
