The position requires culinary expertise, knowledge of hospitality and guest service, extensive knowledge of food and Italian cuisine, proper cleaning techniques, proper food handling and food safety measures, experience in Back-of-House daily operations and food preparation, the ability to contribute to menu planning and food costing, and the ability to perform any additional duties and provide assistance as required by the business in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, with the candidate required to possess a minimum of five (5) years of current and relevant kitchen experience.
