Dishwasher

Responsibilities: - Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all items are spotless and ready for use. - Manually wash and sanitize larger pots, pans, and kitchen tools as required. - Ensure the kitchen and dishwashing area are kept clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors and disposing of trash. - Assist with the proper storage of kitchen items, maintaining an organized and accessible supply area. - Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed, informing management of any shortages. - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment. - Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed. Requirements: - Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks. - Positive attitude and willingness to assist kitchen staff as needed. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
