Food and Beverage Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the bars and restaurant on the property, and supervision of F&B Servers. Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities: Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff Ensure customer satisfaction Resolve customer complaints, as well as internal conflict amongst staff Order and maintain inventory control costs
