Head of Client Services

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Client Services will lead the delivery of Private Office services; manage client relationships and staff, including training assistants to support clients with international needs; maintain service standards; monitor client and team expenses, retainers and disbursements; prepare invoices; and maintain client relationships to support the ongoing growth of the client base. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Applicants must have at least seven years' private client service experience, including direct, ongoing responsibility for one or more UHNW clients or families with international interests, spanning more than one of: personal administration, financial administration or staff coordination (minimum 3 years); experience travelling overseas to assist clients; at least two years' experience training and developing staff; experience with client invoices and expenses; experience maintaining and growing client relationships; a bachelor's degree; and a valid Cayman Islands driving licence.
