Inventory Clerk

• Receive, check, reconcile, scan and post incoming shipments to Inventory • Process import/entry forms and vendor claims • Verify quantities of stocks and reconcile in computer • Edit and confirm pro-forma invoices • Daily inter-store stock transfers • Handle all communications with suppliers • Conduct stock checks • Assist warehouse staff with placement of products in warehouse • Requires a high level of accuracy, productivity and ability to work on own initiative and as a team member, with minimal supervision • Required to work 5-6 days per week as scheduled by management and additional time if required • Must possess good communication skills • Must possess and maintain a clean Police Record
