Journeyman Plumber

Locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water Informing clients of all estimated costs before commencing work. Fixing issues in water systems by repairing or replacing these structures, or aspects thereof. Installing pipes, gutters, and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage. Ensuring that structures are in excellent working condition upon completion of each project. Consulting with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and cpvc systems. Advising clients on appropriate care for their water systems. Observing pertinent health and safety regulations. • Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job. • Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts. • To complete all plumbing installations and repairs as directed by the Supervisor. • To undertake general duties as required by the Supervisor • To maintain regular contact with the Supervisor to obtain instructions • To record completed works and maintain accurate record of work carried out including measurements and calculations. • inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
