EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Errol L. Smith T/A EFC, Grand Cayman Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (40–42 hours per week) Salary: CI$9.00 per hour Benefits: Health Insurance and Pension in accordance with the Cayman Islands Labour Law Role: The Kitchen Helper supports daily food preparation and kitchen operations by assisting cooks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all work areas are properly stocked and organized. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast paced environment • Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene • Reliable, punctual, and safety minded • Able to lift and carry supplies and equipment as needed • Team oriented with a positive work attitude • Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset Key Responsibilities: • Assist with basic food preparation and portioning • Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment • Maintain cleanliness of counters, floors, and food prep areas • Receive, store, and organize supplies • Support cooks with meal preparation as directed • Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to hygiene standards • Perform any other kitchen related duties as required To apply: CV and Cover letter to gruby3569@gmail.com .
