Kitchen Helper

Caribbean Restaurant is seeking a suitably qualified kitchen helper, to assist in developing the restaurant business. Please note that before applying, preferences will be given firstly to Caymanians or status holders, then Caribbean nationals. The kitchen helper provides strong support to the kitchen chef and should have at least five years experience working in a commercial kitchen Key Responsibilities Assist the kitchen chef by washing, peeling, chopping, or slicing fruits, vegetables, and meats. Clean, sanitize, and store cookware, dishes, and utensils using commercial dishwashers or by hand Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, empty trash, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
