As a leading offshore law firm, our legal teams advise clients across a broad range of complex, cross-border matters, delivering commercially focused legal advice with a responsive and client-centric approach. Our Legal Administrators play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both the practice and wider office. We are seeking a Legal Administrator to join our team and work closely with partners and associates, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support that enables them to focus on delivering high-quality legal services to clients. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support across a range of administrative, practice management and office functions. Responsibilities will include diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, supporting matter administration and billing processes, preparing and formatting documents and presentations, maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, assisting with CRM and business development activities, and contributing to the smooth running of the office through collaboration with the wider support team. With excellent written and verbal English skills, you'll be a confident IT user with strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail. You'll be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. A proactive and flexible approach, coupled with a willingness to learn and support colleagues wherever needed, will be essential to success in the role. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level or have gained relevant experience in a similar administrative role. Previous experience within a professional services environment, particularly within a legal setting, would be advantageous, although not essential. An administration or secretarial qualification would be beneficial, together with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience of working with document management systems.
