Applicant must be well-versed in Indian street food, curries and snacks Responsible for the daily operations of the food truck Knowledge of POS a must and clean police clearance Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing equipment away after every shift. Ensuring that the mobile kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
