Performing routine inspections, repairs, cleaning and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Key duties involve a variety of tasks such as fixing plumbing, electrical, annd general carpentry, and landscaping, as well as responding to repair requests and documenting maintenance activities.
