We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team. You will support lawyers across all stages of complex commercial and financial services disputes, from inception through to resolution, and play an integral role in delivering outstanding results for our clients. Drawing on the strength of our global team across multiple international jurisdictions, we have a winning track record and provide seamless cross-border client service. We welcome candidates with at least three years of relevant paralegal or litigation support experience gained within a law firm or legal department. We value professionalism, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities • Assist lawyers in the preparation and management of dispute resolution matters from inception through to resolution • Conduct legal research on substantive and procedural issues, summarising findings clearly for the supervising lawyer • Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, witness statements, pleadings, and other court documents under supervision • Coordinate and manage court filings, ensuring compliance with applicable rules, procedures, and deadlines • Compile, organise, and maintain hearing bundles, exhibits, and authorities • Liaise with the Court Registry, opposing counsel, and other external parties on procedural matters • Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the firm’s document management system • Monitor and track key dates, limitation periods, and procedural deadlines • Assist with disclosure exercises, including document review, categorisation, and scheduling • Support the preparation of chronologies, cast lists, and other trial preparation materials • Conduct corporate and public registry searches as required • Assist with billing, time recording, and general administrative tasks as needed What You’ll Bring • A paralegal diploma, law clerk certificate, or equivalent legal qualification (essential) • At least three (3) years of experience in a paralegal or litigation support role within a law firm or legal department (essential) • Demonstrable understanding of litigation and dispute resolution procedures, including court rules and filing requirements (essential) • Strong legal research and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail • Confident working with the Microsoft Office suite and experienced in formatting legal documents to a high standard • Familiarity with electronic document management platforms (e.g., iManage) and practice management tools such as 3E and Intapp is advantageous • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines • A proactive, organised approach with a strong sense of professional responsibility and discretion
