Repair Administrator

Repair Administrator Report to Director / CEO Update and checking new inventory Repair parts counts. Able to resolve customer issues regarding repairs interacting for Director. Maintain AYS database and tracking repairs progress. Data input to GSPN and AYS and POS while coordinate with internal team members. Need to be able to coordinate with Techs and Front line as well with customers to find solutions. Interact with various policy procedures to maintain all repair order records. Any other task that will allow for customer interaction with the company to be pleasant and have solutions for internal request. Own initiative will be needed to resolve most interactions and issues. Basic Office Duties and errands to coordinate with dealers Assist with any duties that will make the work environment pleasant and efficient for internal and external customers. Position involves moving around from front line to Tech area and maintain inventory.
