Senior Account Executive

COMPANY NAME: KENSINGTON MANAGEMENT GROUP, LTD. RESPONSIBILITIES • Preparation of complex financial statements and other financial reports, including liaison with external auditors; • Liaison with CI Monetary Authority on all aspects of each captive’s activities as well as liaison with financial institutions on all aspects of funds management, investment and letters of credit; • Written and verbal communications with shareholders and service providers; • Ensure timely preparation of, maintenance and follow up on premium assessments, shareholder information databases, receipt of all required shareholder documentation, and receipt of required security collateral; • Attendance at and participation in client meetings, both within and outside the Cayman Islands, including presentation of financial results, recording of minutes and completion of all corporate secretarial functions. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting • Internationally recognized accountancy qualification; • 5+ years of experience with a public accounting firm; • 10+ years of experience managing group captives; • Ability to manage and train other members of staff; • Excellent communication skills; written and spoken English; • Ability and confidence to make presentations to clients at Board meetings; Remuneration: US$100,000 - $120,000 per annum o Fully paid premier health care plan for employee o Wellness allowance o Fully paid Life insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage for employee
