About Eco House Ltd Eco House Ltd is an HVAC and spray foam insulation company seeking a qualified, experienced Spray Foam Technician to join our team. Role Summary We are hiring a Spray Foam Technician to apply open-cell and closed-cell foam insulation across residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in physically demanding conditions. Core Duties • Operate spray foam rig, applying open-cell or closed-cell foam insulation • Mix and monitor chemical components to correct ratios and temperatures • Prep job sites by masking off areas, covering surfaces, and setting up ventilation • Measure and cut foam to proper thickness for R-value requirements • Inspect substrates for moisture or contamination before application • Clean and maintain spray equipment, hoses, and nozzles to prevent clogging • Trim or shave cured foam for a flush, finished surface Physical & Work Requirements • Comfortable working in tight, hot, or awkward spaces (attics, crawlspaces) • Able to lift 50+ lbs (foam drums, equipment) • Stamina for standing, climbing ladders, and working overhead for extended periods • Valid driver's license for travel between job sites Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of spray foam insulation experience required • Formal spray foam certification is a plus • Basic math skills for calculating coverage and mixing ratios • Clean driving record Compensation & Schedule • Pay: $130/day plus all statutory benefits • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays Interested candidates should submit a resume and relevant certifications for consideration to sales@ecohousecayman.com
