Technical Customer Service Associate

Interact with External Customer to assist Technician with diagnostics of Phone or gadget repairs. Unlocking and other computer related interactions Track parts and monitor backed up phones. Assist Tech by testing and confirming problems. Diagnostic and confirm customer related repair inquiries. Assist Techs and front line with data transfers. Any other duties that can assist Technicians to maintain repair schedules Technical Customer Service Associate will Install SW and updates as necessary. Involves minor Soldering and SW and Hardware Repairs. Create Online work orders and track ASC repairs. Technical Customer Service Associate is front line administrative employee who report directly to the company manager or team leader. The role is to provide both administrative and technical support for business clients or the internal team. Testing and diagnostic skills highly favored.
