Technical Customer Service / Sales Assistant

Job function includes handling with repair inquires and interact with customers interested to purchase new phones and Accessories. Maintain pos database with updated details. Assist customers with all inquiries. Maintain work area clean and presentable. Computer literate and POS with Microsoft Office Suite experiences necessary. Maintain data input accuracy with new and current model Phones Accessories and Parts Process Sales transaction accord to customer request. Must be able to work on own iniative. shift hours up to 8pm. Coordinate with internal team members, including Technicians. Interact with External Customers and Internal co-workers. Any other duties that could offer the Company a best experience for each Customers.
