Words that stay accurate
- Leadership words — These words describe how you worked with other people. Use one only when you can say who was involved and what you yourself did. Coordinating a task is not the same as employing the team.
- Achievement words — Achievement words need an outcome. If you do not have a number, describe the finished thing instead of borrowing a percentage.
- Precise verbs — Vague helpers such as helped with, worked on, and was responsible for can often be replaced with the action. The replacement still has to be true.
